(3) planning permission to complete the building of these six semi detached, two storey houses, by installing services, applying finishes throughout and complete the final fitting out, together with the completion of all the site development works (4) planning permission for (a) access from the adjoining public road (Quarry Road), through existing estate Road no. 1__ already built and servicing existing, completed and occupied houses, (b) completion of all associated site development work and (c) the installation of all necessary services __for the nineteen houses forming part of their existing housing development site
