The extensions are to include new production facilities, storage areas, offices, link corridors and staff accommodation. This is also to include new plant rooms and to include minor internal and external modifications. These works are to include all associated plant & equipment, elevational alterations, site works, site fencing, signage and alterations to internal road network and drainage.
