Application under Section 177E of the Planning and development Acts 200-2021 for Substitute Consent consisting of quarrying including rock extraction by mechanical means and processing onsite using mobile primary crushing / screening and associated plant. The development also included soil storage areas, stockpiling areas, surface water management works and all ancillary works associated with the quarrying activities. The application is accompanied by a remedial Environmental Impact Assessment Report (rEIAR) and a remedial Natura Impact Statement (rNIS).
