There are 2 no. triplex units (BT06 triplex & BT07 triplex), 1 no. detached dwelling (BD01), and 57 no. terraced dwellings (BT01, BT02, BT03 BT04, BT05, BT06, BT07, BT14, BT18 & BT30). The dwellings range from 2 storeys to 3 storeys and consist of 2-bed, 3-bed, and 4-bed units. The end terraced dwellings in BT04, BT06, BT07, and BT14 have a different no. of bedrooms compared to the mid-terraced dwellings.
