This Commencement Notice relates to Zone 5 & 6 within Phase 1B of the overall Multi-Phase Residential Development on Oscar Traynor Road. There are 30 residential units (All dwellings) in these zones out of a total of 200 Residential Units in Phase 1B and 853 Residential Units across all phases within the development. There are 2 no. semi-detached units (BS01) and 28 no. terraced dwellings. The dwellings are all 2 storeys and consist of 2-bed and 3-bed. The end terraced dwellings in some units have a different no. of bedrooms compared to the mid-terraced dwellings. Therefore, they have been separated into distinct buildings for the purpose of this Commencement Notice.
