This Commencement Notice relates to Zone 13, 14 & 15 within Phase 1B of the overall Multi-Phase Residential Development on Oscar Traynor Road. There are 42 residential units (All dwellings) in these zones out of a total of 200 Residential Units in Phase 1B and 853 Residential Units across all phases within the development. There are 2 no. semi-detached units (BS04) and 40 no. terraced dwellings. These dwellings range from 2 storeys to 3 storeys and consist of 2-bed & 3-bed units. The end terraced dwellings in some units have a different no. of bedrooms compared to the mid-terraced dwellings. Therefore, they have been separated into distinct buildings for the purpose of this Commencement Notice.
