The proposed development comprises 725 apartments accommodated in six apartment buildings (Building 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6) ranging in height from 2 to 13 storeys above two separated undercroft parking, plant, bike store areas at level 00. In addition, there is a proposed retail, café, creche along with tenant amenity areas. This submission relates to (Phase 2) the construction of three residential buildings: Building 1, Building 2 and Building 3 which contain a total of 370 apartment units above an undercroft parking, plant, bike store areas at level 00 and includes all associated external works. Additionally, Building 1 also includes a retail unit (to be completed to a ‘grey box’ standard) at level 00 and level 01 and a cafe (to be completed to a ‘grey box’ standard) at level 01. Building 2 includes Community / Ancillary areas on level 01. This notice includes all works not otherwise included or described within Phase 1 commencement notice (Submission Number 8512336) boundary. All the above is to form part of a development at the site to be known as Rathborne Wharf.
