The proposed works comprise the light refurbishment and internal fit out of existing office accommodation and common areas, including the replacement of the existing heating system with a new VRF installation. Works also include ceiling alterations, mechanical and electrical upgrades, renewal of internal finishes, replacement of fire doors, installation of fire-rated glazing and associated fire-stopping. The proposed works will be undertaken in phases across three floors, with works progressing sequentially from one floor to the next.
