The demolition of first floor side structure (approx. 8 m²) and associated roof, the demolition of rear shed (approx. 7 m²), the construction of a part single, part double storey extension to the side and rear with part pitched, part flat roof (total floor area of ground and first floor extensions approx. 126 m²) and the construction of 15 m² garage accessed from front driveway.
