The demolition of the existing garage to the side of the existing house (approx 43 m²), demolition of the part single and part double storey structure to rear (approx 73 m²), construction of double storey side extension with pitched roof (approx 40 m² on ground floor and 39 m² on first floor) and construction of double storey rear extension with pitched roof (approx 65 m² on ground floor and 65 m² on first floor). The development will also include alterations to internal layouts, additional window opes and changes to selected existing window opes, proposed rooflights, maintenance works to existing roof and all associated site work
