Permission is sought for the demolition of ground floor rear and side structures (total approx. 30 m²), the demolition of the rear shed (approx. 4 m²), the construction of a ground floor single-storey extension to the rear with part pitched, part flat roof and the construction of a double storey extension to the side with pitched roof (total floor area of extensions approx. 118 m²). The development will also include externally insulating the side and rear of the retained house (render finish), alterations to internal layouts, construction of garden studio to rear of garden, additional window opes, widening existing gateposts and changes to selected existing window opes, proposed rooflights and all associated site works
