Removal of 22no parking spaces to accommodate the proposed development. Provision of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) compound with a total area of c.553.8sq.m. comprising of four containerised batter units and one electrical transformer. The self-contained battery units will have a maximum height of c.3m and will be c.8.8m in length and c.1.65m in width. The proposed battery compound will be enclosed with security fencing to a maximum height o 2.7m with entrance gates along the southern boundary and western boundary. All associated developments including electrical connections, landscaping and planting, boundary treatments, CCTV lighting, and all associated ancillary works.
