Construct 1 no. door replacing one existing window on north elevation; Construct 1 no. door with canopy replacing one roller door and one window on north elevation; Block up one ground floor window on north elevation and one ground floor window on south elevations; Erect 2 no. signs on north elevation, 1 no. on west elevation and 1 no. on east elevation.
