The proposed development comprises the fit-out of the existing Computer Studio 3 (Room B106, approximately 194 m²) on the first floor of the UCD Computer Science Building. The existing open-plan computer laboratory is to be stripped out and subdivided into ten self-contained cellular offices (Offices 01–10, approximately 10.3–11.0 m² each), an AV / server room (approximately 21 m²) and a central circulation and breakout area (approximately 64 m²).
