Material alteration of existing Units 07 & 30, Riverwalk Apartments, Main St., Castlerea to be used as flats/apartments. Location of apartment walls not as per original Fire Safety Certificate application (new FSC application as part of 7-day notice). Retention of layout as per alterations detailed in enclosed drawings and justification for re-configuration, in compliance with the design for the original FSC. Removal of existing internal glazed panel and reinstatement as fire rated wall construction.
