Works description
Partial demolition and refurbishment of storage shed to the rear of 21 Woodfield Terrace, Inchicore. No adjustments to existing drainage arrangements, no heat appliances to be installed. Shed to be used for storage only. Profile of the existing party walls to be maintained as per current configuration. Existing timber rafters to be replaced with new and new corrugated roofing panels for roof finish. Minor changes to north elevation including the replacement of finishes to gate, installation of corrugated panels at high level and the existing brickwork wall to be repointed and made good.
