Works description
Works to proceed at present are areas of overcladding and redecoration to all existing external elevations, alteration of building signage, additional external signage, internal illuminated window signage and replacement of existing menu boards and speaker posts and internal redecoration. The original planning permission was for a 9 sqm drive-thru pod extension to the rear elevation of the existing building. The extension works are not being done at this time as this work will require a fire certificate.
