The development will consist of: (i) demolition of a single storey bathroom extension (9sq.m) on rear elevation of the dwelling; (ii) replacement of natural slate pitched roof on dwelling; (iii) construction of single storey, over basement, extension with flat sedum roof and aluminium framed glazed walls, on the east side of the dwelling, comprising a domestic swimming pool and associated plant at basement level, with ancillary facilities and extended paved courtyard at ground floor; (iv) and all associated ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development including wastewater management (including alterations to wastewater treatment system approved under Reg. Ref. 15/1266), drainage, site works and landscaping.
