New single story extension to the rear of the existing building to include; 2 no. Science Classrooms, 1 no. science laboratory preparation room, store rooms, a Special Needs ‘SNU’ Unit comprising of; 2 no. base classrooms, practical activity room, central activity space, offices, assisted WC’s and other associated ancillary spaces. External works including; revised vehicular & pedestrian access entrance and exist arrangements to include bus drop off zone and car parking, new hard & soft play area, new sensory garden and all associated site works including, alterations to existing front boundary.
