Public-safe works description

Proposed Construction of a total of 21 houses, including 1 no. 2-storey 4-bedroom protected detached house involving conservation and repairs to the Protected Structure at Bolton Hall, along with 3 no. 3-bedroom houses to be provided to the existing 2-storey coach house accommodation, stables and single storey outbuildings. The remaining 17 houses are of new construction. The proposed development also consists of the demolition of an existing dwelling house at 163 Ballyboden Road; the provision of a new access road, with one way entry traffic through the existing site at 163 Ballyboden Road; and the amendment of the existing avenue to Bolton Hall to a one way traffic exit; and all ancillary site development works.
