Works description

Significant Revision to design including: 1. Realignment of compartment line to Cleanroom 2 and rotation of escape Stairs 1 2. Subdivision of Cleanroom 2 to create new heat tunnel room ‘WR7’ , 3. Deletion of part 1st floor and protected Stairs 2 to new Warehouse in lieu of plant mezzanine, 4. Reduced size Warehouse allowing deletion of Final Exit 7 in lieu of realigned Final Exit 6, 5. Subdivision of existing Toolroom, provision of Comms and Ultrasonic baths rooms to Service Aisle 3, new escape route to main entrance via Metrology, deletion of escape through new MAL 4 (Material Air Lock), and revised means of escape from Cleanrooms 1, 2 and 3 to main entrance, together with any associated or ancillary works.
