Works description
Works to improve fire safety features throughout the building, and to include: installation of new fire resisting doorsets,installation/upgrade of fire resisting partitions,upgrade of floors to achieve a fire resistance (60 minutes), application of treatments to timber linings,upgrade of fire detection and alarm system,upgrade of emergency lighting and directional signage system, all necessary fire stopping and protection of penetrations passing through fire resisting construction, and miscellaneous provisions for the ventilation of smoke and heat.
