The proposed works falling within the scope of this application consist of: • An 835m2 extension of the existing Warehouse at the rear (western) corner of the plan which includes an area of special fire risk (Waste Store) which will be compartmentalized by 60min (minimum) fire-rated construction. • Provision of a new Sensor Print suite within the existing warehouse footprint, with the provision of a maintenance mezzanine above, accessed by a dedicated stair. • Internalizing of an existing external staircase providing egress to/from the existing offices located at 1st Floor level. • Extension of the existing fire escape corridor to close the external gap currently located between different elements of the building.
