Material alteration and fit out works to the existing office tenant floor plate demise, excluding stair and lift core areas (with exception to finishes to 2 No. lift cars only in building D2-Lifts 1.2 & 1.3), in 3 No. linked multi-storey office buildings D1 (10 storey-B4), D2 (8 storey-B1B), D3 (9 storey-B3) and building D4 (4 storey over Basement-B1A-Protected Structure), and the material alteration and fit out works to the existing Ground Level central entrance walkway, at Spencer Place, Spencer Dock, Dublin 1. The fit out works shall also include the complete fit out of existing shell tenant demise floor areas as completed under base build CN submission No. 8399437, inclusive of associated scheduled deferred works for Lower Ground floor and Ground Floor within Buildings D1, D2 & D3, Seventh and Eighth Floor levels within Building D1, and Ground Floor Retail Areas within Buildings D1, D2, D3 & D4.
