The development consists of alterations and refurbishment of the exterior and interior of the existing dwelling as follows: Removal of non- original single and two storey extension and external stair to basement to the north of the house and replacement with a new two storey extension; removal of non- original internal staircase and replacement with a new staircase with provision of new rooflight overhead ; Alterations to internal walls; General repair, upgrade and refurbishment of the existing fabric including repairs to the existing windows, facades and roof fabric including valleys and rainwater goods. External works include provision of new entrance gates, external terraces and planting.
