(i) Demolish the existing house and out buildings on 152 Howth

Works description

(i) Demolish the existing house and out buildings on 152 Howth Road; (ii) Construct four detached dwellings on the overall site as follows:- (a) One detached five bedroom two storey, with attic, dwelling as a replacement for 152 Howth Road; with parking for three cars to the front, and with vehicular access from new access. (b) Three detached x three bedroom dormer bungalows to rear of 150, 151 and 152 Howth Road, with car parking for three car parking spaces per dwelling (nine in total). (c) All dwellings will have private open space in the form of front and rear gardens and patio area. (iii) Construct access road from Howth Road between 151 and 152 Howth Road to rear, to serve three dormer bungalows and replacement house. (iv) Include part of rear gardens of 150 and 151 Howth Road in the overall site. (resulting in a change to the boundaries of these properties).
