Works description

Material Alteration to Unit 222 & 223/224 located on Level 2 & Level 3 at Blanchardstown SC. This application is to carry out Landlord works in order to facilitate a future amalgamation of the units to create one large unit. Unit 222 will be returned to Shell & Core for the purposes of this application and will be fitted out as part of the future amalgamation works. Note the amalgamation and fit out of Unit 222 & 223/224 will be subject to a separate Fire Safety Certificate by tenant.
