Erection of a 1521.8m2 extension to existing production floor at lower ground floor level & 125.6m2 service area at ground floor level. Provision of photo-voltaic solar panels to roof of proposed extension. Extension and alterations to existing administration building including new accommodation staircase on the existing North East Elevation, new server room at ground floor level, installation of new external doors & windows and replacement of existing roof. New External Signage Erection of new boundary fencing to part North East & South boundaries. Over cladding the walls and roof of existing production building. Extension and alterations to existing carpark, external hard standings relocation of gas and oil storage tanks. Upgrading of existing on-site wastewater treatment system. All associated site works.
