Pairc An Aonaigh Knockgriffin Midleton - Construction of a residential development of 42 no. residential units and a community room. The proposed development consists of the demolition of the existing Educate Together School and ancillary structures, extinguishing the existing vehicular access to the north of the site and the construction of 42 no. residential units consisting of 17 no. 2 bed terraced units, 18 no. 3 bed end of terrace units, 6 no. 3 bed semi detached unit, with the built-in capacity to convert to four bed units and a ground floor community room (with ancillary office and toilet) with a 1 no. 2 bed apartment on the first floor. Construction of new vehicular and pedestrian access to the west of the site onto Knockgriffin Road, landscaping and all ancillary site development works
