Removal of the 14 sq.m single storey rear return; removal of the 17 sq.m single storey glazed link corridor and boiler room to courtyard; removal of rear external steps for use elsewhere on site; construction of a 217 sq.m two storey extension to rear with two storey glazed link to main house and single storey link to coach house; construction of 118 sq.m basement under new extension; construction of 15 sq.m glazed link to courtyard. At ground floor level removal of kitchen and internal steps to front coach house; widening of opening between den and courtyard. At mezzanine level removal of internal partitions and creation of bedroom with ensuite bathroom; removal of sash window to rear elevation to create link to new extension (retention of original shutters and architraves). At first floor level subdivision of front bedroom and creation of new openings to provide new master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and dressing room with roof light; addition of ensuite bathroom to rear bedroom with roof light. To the rear coach house removal of first floor partitions and creation of new bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
