Works description
Material change of use from agricultural shed to residential dwelling house at Lappanduff, Tullyvin, Cootehill, Co.Cavan. The works will consist of the erection of a two storey, modular, prefabricated, detached timber frame on proprietary insulated raft foundation. All within the footprint of the existing steel frame shed.
