The development will consist of 1) RETENTION of existing Dance Studio (104.3m2 Ref 05/494) and minor alterations to Dance Studio and extension for the provision of a Recording Studio (130.24m2). 2) Change of use of Potting shed into Artist Studios (23.59m2, NIAH ref no: 41401722) 3) Ancillary site services including the provision of car parking, construction of new agricultural access and connection to existing sewage treatment system.
