Provision of an ESB substation cabinet. provision of advertising signage (for a temporary period of 3 years) comprising a free standing c.4.6m high triangular sign (c.14sqm in advertising area). All associated site development works, services provision, vehicular/pedestrian access, car and bicycle parking, open space, bin stores, landscaping and boundary treatment works. Modifications to permission DCC Reg. Ref. 2914/14 to include completion of the eastern section of the 'green link' pedestrian and cyclist route through the residential proposal.
