This submission (Phase 1) relates to the construction of three of those residential buildings: Building 4, Building 5 and Building 6 which contains a total of 355 apartment units above an undercroft parking, plant, bike store areas at level 00 and includes all associated external works. Additionally, Building 6 also includes a creche unit at level 00 and Building 5 includes Community / Ancillary areas on levels 01. All the above is to form part of a development at the site to be known as Rathborne Wharf.
