Works description
Minor office fitout of an existing five- storey over basement office block including changes to the internal layout of the reception; internal furniture layout changes, creation of new meeting rooms and a legal store on the upper floors; painting and decorating throughout; and associated mechanical and electrical works. Our Fire Consultant has advised that these works are not works to which Part III of the Building Control Regulations applies. Therefore, there is no requirement to submit a Fire Safety Certificate Application.
