The works comprise the internal fit out of an 149.3sqm of existing office space to create an IBM Think Lab, which is a 25 person conference room with enhanced audio visual capabilities. The works consist of the removal of part of the existing plasterboard partitioning to the space, and the construction of new plasterboard partitioning with glazed screens, and new plasterboard dry lining, to create a new conference room with associated store. The works include the installation of new raised access floor with a carpet finish and associated ramped access, together with the installation of a new suspended ceiling, suspended from an existing uni-strut sub frame, together with reconfiguration of the existing ramped access to the adjoining exposition auditorium.
