proposed construction of an extension to the rear of the recently permitted warehouse unit which was previously granted full planning permission under planning reference number PL21/126 and whereby it is now also proposed to include a marshalling loading area with associated loading bay & dock levellers to service same and all ancillary site works. Please note that as part of this significant further information response, it is proposed to enlarge the site boundaries from those originally proposed on the original planning submission together with now also seeking full planning permission from Longford County Council for the retention of the following: (i) existing lorry wash facility; (ii) existing fuel storage tank & fuel dispensing area; (iii) existing portacabin located to the rear of the site; (iv) existing onsite surface water interceptor and (v) existing onsite wastewater treatment system with percolation area
