Public-safe works description

(1) The change of use from existing Community/Educational facility to a domestic dwelling. The demolition of the existing flat roof extension to the front of the existing building. Alterations to existing elevations will include; the removal of existing plaster finish to reveal existing stone facades, subject to condition of stonework; new glazed openings and replacement windows to the street elevation (2) Construction of residential extensions to the side and rear of the existing building (3) Construction of new shed to include a home office to the rear of the new extension (4) Alterations to existing site entrance to improve existing sightlines by demolishing existing 3m high shed and removal of part of existing 1.8m stone wall. New 2m high fence constructed to inner side of southern boundary wall (5) All associated site works including installation of rainwater harvesting system and connecting to Local Authority drains
