The development consist of the construction of 18 no. residential units comprising of 1 no. 2 bed 3 storey terraced house, 10 no. 2 bed with study 3 storey terraced houses, and 7 no. 3 bed 3 storey terraced houses, all provided with private gardens and balconies/terraces; bin and bicycle stores; car parking; new vehicular access on Doctor’s Lane; landscaping; boundary treatments including works to existing boundary treatments; public lighting; and all associated site infrastructure and engineering works necessary to facilitate the development including the decommissioning and removal of the existing soakaway system serving No. 8 Main Street and replacement with a new SuDS system.
