Permission for the following; (A) Demolition of front porch, sunroom to side elevation and single storey extension to rear, (B) Construct two storey extension to side and rear elevations, construct new front porch, construct new sun room to side elevation, raise height of portion of existing roof to match higher roof level of new two storey extension and main roof of existing dwelling, (C) Alterations to elevations to include changes in height and positions of windows, provision of corner quoins and plaster bands around window and door openings and installation of lantern roof light over stairwell, (E) Relocation of entrance and provision of new front entrance gates, boundary wall and railings.
