Proposed Internal alterations at mall level to amalgamate the existing vacant retail unit (Retail Unit 132) with the existing Penneys unit (Retail Unit 98). The proposed development includes removal of the existing wall between both units and Fit-out of the amalgamated unit to comprise a retail area, back of house storage area, staff facilities, canteen, toilets and associated works. These works are confined to Unit 132 and Unit 98, as shown in the highlighted blue and yellow cross hatched areas on the Granted Fire Safety Certificate Drawing 413_FSC_PropPlan2_A0.pdf, submitted with this Commencement Notice. Please note that the existing Penneys unit (Retail Unit 98) will remain open to trade during these works.
