The scope of this application is for the material change of use from office to other non-residential uses and the proposed Veonet Ireland fit out of Level 3 The Herbert Building (Block 80), the Park Carrickmines, Dublin 18. Veonet Ireland provide Ophthalmological procedures including treatment for cataracts. It is noted that on rare occasions sedation will be used, but only as a day procedure (No overnight stay). the fit out will include an entrance foyer and reception area, diagnostic areas and treatment rooms, consultant rooms, a theatre suite, recovery area, along with administration areas associated with the out patient activities and all ancillary spaces.
