Permission is sought to subdivide the existing 1 no. four bed two storey dwelling into 2 no. dwellings to now provide for 1 no. 2 bed two storey dwelling and 1 no. 3 bed two storey dwelling with extensions and alterations to the existing dwelling to accommodate the proposed subdivision, including single storey ground floor extension to front and rear, extension at first-floor level to the rear including single storey ground floor extensions to front and rear, extension at first-floor level to the rear including additional windows and alterations to front and rear elevations to accommodate the proposed subdivision. The existing car entrance is to remain in place with a new vehicle entrance proposed for the additional dwelling and all associated site and engineering works necessary to facilitate the development.
