Works description
Retain existing works/alterations to previously granted planning, Ref. P.08/406 & P11/133 and permission for new wine bar & restaurant replacing first floor coffee shop previously granted under planning ref. P11/133 at Supervalu, Main Street, Manorhamilton, county Leitrim. Retention is sought for (1) alterations to internal & external of existing Supervalu Building, (2) works to rear of Manor Home wares building on Main Street. The proposed new development will consist of the following works (1) a new wine bar, restaurant, kitchen & storage areas at first floor, (2) revised car park layout together with associated development works.
