Works description
The development will consist of the construction of 3no. prefabricated container based box units and all ancillary preparatory works for the insertion of the prefabricated units underneath the existing railway arches to accommodate bicycle & shower facilities to service the adjacent office units. The prefabricated units will accommodate 2no. male and female changing/ shower blocks and 1no. locker room/drying room. The works will also include the insertion of expanded metal mesh screens within each of the existing arches, and ancillary site works, including: bicycle parking, security access gates, new paving, lighting, and signage.
