7-Day Notice - Nolan's Supermarket (Block A) 49, 51, 53 & 55, Vernon Avenue, Clontarf, Dublin 3 The development will consist of amendments to the planning permission granted under Register Reference 2528/14 (An Bord Pleanála Reference PL29N.243918) comprising: The overall development consists of 3 parts: Block A, consisting of a part two storey, part three storey building in front of the supermarket building to the south of the entrance to the site. The building consists of 1 No 76m2 coffee shop and a 550m2 extension/ renovation of the supermarket at ground floor. On the first and second floors 4 no. two bed duplex apartments with balconies at first floor facing onto Vernon Avenue and screened terraces at second floor level at the rear facing into the site. Also at the rear of the main block facing Vernon Avenue at 1st floor level a staff room area facing into the site. Supermarket area, consisting of a single storey building to the south of the entrance to the site. Block B( not part of this application), consisting of a three storey building to the north of the entrance to the site with 2 No retail at ground floor for a total area of with 171.9m2 and at first and second floor with 2 no Two bed duplex apartments with balconies at first floor facing onto Vernon Avenue and screened terraces at second floor level to the rear facing into the site.
