Works description

The development will consist of the refurbishment of existing industrial teaching and maintenance facility building (1015 sq metres) comprising of 2 no. teaching workshops for moulding equipment, upgrade of the toilet facilities, and a proposed extension to the south east corner of existing building to provide a new entrance, reception space, with 2 no. one-person offices, 1 no. two-person office, meeting room and an open plan office space (275 sq metres), a new boiler house extension (50 sq metres) to the rear of the existing building (west façade), with minor alterations to north elevation of the building comprising of a new proposed roller door to workshop, together with new external signage adjacent the proposed entrance and associated site works.
