Works description

The proposed development at the premises formerly known as the Grind School, located at Fairlane Roundabout, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford, consists of a change of use from an educational facility to office accommodation for the Dungarvan Enterprise Centre. The works include the demolition of the existing toilet blocks to facilitate the construction of a new accessible WC and standard WC at ground floor level, incorporating appropriate wheelchair turning circles. Additional alterations will include the installation of a phone booth and the subdivision of an existing classroom to create two separate offices (F2 and F3) at first floor level.
