The demolition an existing shed structure & a single storey extension located to the rear (north-west) of the existing cottage, the demolition of the existing dormer roof windows located to the front (north-east) of the cottage and to carry out alterations, renovations and extensions to the existing cottage. Works also include the decommissioning of the existing septic tank, the installation of a new mechanical treatment unit, intermittent filter and polishing filter to serve the altered, renovated and extended cottage and to carry out all associated ancillary site developments including landscaping and boundary treatments
