Works description

The development will consist of the alteration and extension of No 12 Arkendale Road, Glenageary, Co Dublin, to include the following: proposed brick clad, two storey extension to the side of the existing house to incorporate a study room, WC and breakfast room on the ground floor and two bedrooms and shower room on the first floor. It is proposed to match the tile finish of the existing roof for this extension. Proposed single storey flat roofed extension to the rear of the existing house to incorporate a sitting room. Modifications to the existing rear side extension and provision of an external garden terrace. It is proposed to integrate the existing granny flat space into the proposed new layout. It is proposed to widen the existing vehicular access from Arkendale Road. Proposed works to include roof lighting, landscaping, and sundry other minor works.
